1 August
On 1 August, Canada held an all-program EE draw inviting 2,000 candidates with a CRS score of 517 points. This selection was made from all categories of the federal Express Entry System.
2 August
On 2nd August, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a draw for the Francophone (French-speaking) candidates inviting 800 candidates with a CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score of 435 points or higher.
3 August
The third and most recent draw took place on 3rd August. This EE draw was held to invite a total of 1,500 Trades Occupation candidates with a CRS score of 388 points or above.
This year, Canada has invited a total of 73, of 448 express entry candidates to apply for Canada PR visas to date, which is an incredible number.
Category-based selections make it the best time to apply for Canada PR
With the commencement of category-based selections in Express Entry System draws, now, Canada is also holding special category-based draws to invite candidates based on their occupations or proficiency in the French language.
