All-program EE draw on 11 July
This is second all-program Express entry draw opened by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) in just one week. Now, with this latest draw, the IRCC has issued total 65,348 Invitations this year in overall 21 EE draws opened this year until date.

Category-based draws
Now, Canada is also conducting category based draws. The IRCC has opened four category-based draws this year. Here are 6 new categories for category-based Express Entry draws to conducted in 2023:
- Healthcare
- Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) professions
- Trades, such as carpenters, plumbers, and contractors
- Transport
- Agriculture and agri-food
- Strong French-language proficiency
