The Provincial Nominee Programs (Canadian PNPs) of Canada play a key role in Canadian immigration. This year too, the PNPs are inviting a significant number of candidates and subsequently, nominating them for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa. In last one week, between 27 July to 3 August 2023, the PNPs of Canada have invited nearly 5,000 immigration candidates. Let’s take a look at the PNP draws opened in last one week.
Ontario Skilled Trades Stream draw on 3 August
On 3 August 2023, Ontario held a draw for Skilled Trades Stream of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) to invite record 2,844 candidates to apply for the provincial nomination. The applicants with a CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score range of 250-516 received the Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination.
Alberta PNP draws for Express Entry stream
The province of Alberta released details of Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)- Express Entry stream draws took place on 1 August and 18 July. In these targeted draws, Alberta invited issued total 57 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination to the candidates with CRS score ranging between 311 and 322.
Ontario draws for Master, PhD Graduate and Foreign worker stream
On August 1, 2023 Ontario held three separate draws for Master, PhD Graduate and Foreign worker stream to issue total 840 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) to apply for provincial nomination. The Master graduate stream of OINP received most, i.e. 755 invitations.
British Columbia PNP Targeted Draws
On August 1, 2023 British Columbia province of Canada issued nearly 199 invitations to apply for the provincial nomination to the targeted draws of British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP).
Ontario draw for Entrepreneur stream
On July 28, 2023, Ontario, Canada held a draw for Entrepreneur stream of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) to issue 11 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for provincial nomination for the Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa.
Manitoba latest draw for MPNP
On 27 July 2023 Canadian province Manitoba issued total 609 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination in the latest draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) to various MPNP streams. The Skilled Worker Overseas Stream received 21 invitations to apply.
