Manitoba PNP draw for the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) on August 31, 2023. Regular Manitoba PNP Draw for All occupations/categories
In this new invitation round province of Manitoba, Canada invited 288 candidates registered under Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream, who had a minimum score of 600 points or higher.

Out of the total 288 LAAs issued in this draw, 127 went to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
Skilled Workers: The MPNP regularly conducts selection rounds via its Expression of Interest (EOI) framework to extend invitations to candidates in the EOI pool, urging them to complete an all-inclusive application for the Manitoba PNP.
Business investors: Presently, no draws for EOI submissions are being conducted for the Business Investor Stream. All EOIs received undergo assessment within a span of 4 weeks. The MPNP will either release an LAA if the EOI supports the Program’s norms or provide a feedback letter in cases where the EOI falls short of the expectations.
